Privacy Policy
We collect only what we need to answer you and fulfill your order, we never sell it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time. This policy explains exactly what that means.

English is the governing language of these terms. The Spanish version is provided as a courtesy; if the two ever conflict, the English text controls.
1. Who is responsible
Lucerna Miami, Miami, Florida. For any privacy question, write to info@lucernamiami.com and a person will answer.
2. What we collect
What you give us: name, email, phone, shipping address, TikTok username if you bought on the live, and whatever you type into a form or tell our concierge. What our server records automatically: your IP address, browser type and the pages you visited, for a short period, for security and basic measurement. If you apply for a job, also the resume you attach.
3. What we do NOT collect
We do not store your card details. Payment is processed by a third-party provider and card numbers never reach our servers. We do not ask for and do not want your social security number or identity documents, unless a specific anti-money-laundering obligation requires it for a particular transaction, in which case we would explain that first.
4. What we use it for
To answer you, prepare a quote, make and ship your order, handle a return, meet tax and accounting obligations, and prevent fraud. If you expressly ask us to, also to tell you when a stone like the one you want arrives in the tray.
5. Who we share it with
Whoever is needed to get the order to you: the carrier, the payment processor, our email provider, our bench when a piece is being made to order, and the laboratory when a stone is being certified. Each receives the minimum necessary. We do not sell your data, we do not rent it, and we do not pass it to data brokers. Ever.
6. The concierge
Our site concierge is powered by a third-party language model. What you type in that window is sent to that provider in order to generate a reply. Do not put sensitive information into it. If you ask to speak to a person, your name and email are sent to our inbox so we can reply.
7. Cookies and measurement
We use the minimum needed for the site to work: remembering your language and keeping your session. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking on this website. If we ever add audience measurement, we will say so here before we do.
8. How long we keep it
Order records, for as long as tax and accounting law requires, normally seven years. Inquiries that do not become orders, twenty-four months. Job applications, twelve months, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
9. Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, and ask us to stop writing to you. Write to info@lucernamiami.com and we will do it within 30 days. We will not charge you for it and we will not treat you worse for asking. If you live in California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut or Utah you have specific rights under your state's law, and we honor them for every customer equally, wherever they live.
10. Minors
This site is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has sent us data, write to us and we will delete it.
11. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Access to our inbox and our systems is limited to the people who need it for their work. No system is perfect; if a breach ever affected your data, we would tell you plainly and without delay.
12. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above. A material change will be announced on the home page.
