We are not a chain and we are not a start-up. We are a few people in Miami with a loupe, a bench and a camera, moving real stones to real customers every day. Nobody here does only one job.
What we look for
You can be trusted with the tray
Everything in this house is small, expensive and easy to lose. That is most of the interview.
You answer people
A customer who writes at eleven at night gets an answer from a person, not a form.
You are not precious about the work
Whoever sold the stone on camera also packs the box when the box needs packing.
You want to learn stones
Cut, color, clarity and carat can be taught, and we will teach them. Curiosity cannot.
